Reading the schedule
- The draw and the dinner are at the same time on purpose.
- Both are for the same people — branch chiefs and national representatives. The draw is made together with the dinner, not instead of it.
- The opening ceremony is at 13:00, not at the start of the day.
- Eliminations run through the morning; the ceremony takes place once the hall is full, before the finals. This is the established Balkan format.
