Every competitor must present these four documents at registration on 27 November.

Medical certificate
Written, in English, confirming the competitor is fit and healthy. Must be issued within the last 6 months.

Parent's approval formUnder 18 only
From the legal guardian, for every competitor under 18 at the time of the event.

Signed declaration of participation in the tournament.

EKO standard health information form.

Uniform requirements
- Coaches must wear the official team uniform.
- Referees must wear the official EKO referee uniform.
Awards
Trophies and certificates are awarded to 1st place, 2nd place and both 3rd places in every category.
